Allerton Manor Golf Course, Liverpool

Allerton Golf Course is a major municipal golf course in south Liverpool which is currently run on behalf of the local authority by the client.

As part of their involvement in running the golf course a major redevelopment was planned.

This involved the upgrade of the course to championship standard, the provision of a golf pavilion, a mini-adventure golf course, a driving range and a hotel and spa facility.

These improvements were to supplement significant investment that had already been made by the client in the provision of bar and restaurant facilities at the golf course.

Prime were responsible for the production of the documents that helped support this scheme through the planning process.

Of particular importance was the completion of the Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) which detailed how the various construction vehicles were to access the site, especially the vehicles bringing the fill material that was required to re-model the course.
