Prime provided highways support including access design, masterplan advice, Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the consented Health and Wellbeing Centre.

On-site constraints meant that limited space was available for the turning manoeuvres of service vehicles with the local highway authority also insistent that the area to be used for turning would need to provide access to an emerging residential allocation.

We were able overcome such concerns by orchestrating a condition which would require the residential developer to provide a simple turning head within their site for NHS use in return for facilitating access.
