Wrexham Industrial Estate

FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) are looking at the wholesale redevelopment of Wrexham Industrial Estate with the delivery of a number of large to medium sized redevelopment proposals within the industrial estate.

To date this has included the approval of over of circa 250,000 sq/ft of B2/B8 usage on 4 separate sites and the submission of further applications for the redevelopment of the Bridgewater Centre which includes a variety of uses including a major improvement to the retail offer in the area and a further 25,000 sq/ft of B1 office usage. Further applications are proposed for additional improvements to the industrial estate.

Prime have provided detailed Transport Assessments/Statements and Travel Plans for all the applications submitted by FIREM.
