Wholebake

Wholebake, a manufacturer of health biscuits, has expanded rapidly in recent years from bases in Corwen and Wrexham. To cope with the demand for their products a new £14m factory unit creating 250 jobs was proposed in Corwen, Denbighshire.

The team to deliver this exciting project comprised J10 Planning, UMC Architects and Prime Transport Planning. Working with UMC Architects, transportation advice was provided regarding the access strategy and the layout of both the 160-space car park and delivery area.

A Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and a Construction Traffic Management Plan were produced to help this scheme get planning approval.
