Sports and Leisure Projects

Prime has provided input to several sports and leisure projects across the UK. This has included the remodelling of golf courses, redevelopment of football stadiums, provision of tennis/padel facilities and the delivery of sites for holiday homes/leisure purposes.

The input to these schemes typically requires the production of site access drawings, reviewing internal site layouts, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.

The following is a selection of sport and leisure projects that Prime has been involved with:

  • The redevelopment of Allerton Manor, Kirkby Valley and Sherdley Park Golf Clubs in Merseyside
  • The redevelopment of Heswall Community Sports Village
  • The reuse of the old Liverpool Football Club men’s training ground at Melwood for use by LFC’s women’s team
  • The expansion/redevelopment of Maghull Town Football Club ground
  • The provision of additional community football pitches at Oldham Athletic Football Club ground
  • Various Padel Club schemes in Cheshire and Northeast of England
  • Park Farm Marina, Northwich, Cheshire West
  • The redevelopment of an outdoor pursuits centre in Brecon for the provision of holiday cottages/caravan park facilities for Serenity Parks Ltd.
  • The redevelopment of Silver Bay Holiday Village on Anglesey
  • The provision of holiday homes/caravan park various locations across the UK
  • The redevelopment of the Rivington Pike Reservoir. This scheme was promoted by United Utilities to encourage greater visitor numbers to the area
  • Spikers Hill Quarry, West Ayton, North Yorkshire
